Managing a single product on Amazon required sellers to piece together critical information scattered across seven different tools—driving high cognitive load, constant context switching, and delayed decision-making. I led the UX design for Product Spotlight, unifying SKU- and ASIN-level data into a single, holistic experience aligned to how sellers actually think about their products.
Through deep seller research, cross-team journey mapping, and mobile-first design thinking, the experience reduced interaction cost, surfaced insights at the moment of need, and set a scalable foundation for real-time performance alerts and future mobile strategy. The work unblocked a critical launch, shaped a multi-org roadmap and became a northstar for 2026 mobile and analytics experiences used by sellers globally.
