Sellers rely on Command Center to understand how their business is performing, but overloaded charts, unclear timeframes, and fragmented signals made it hard to know what mattered—and what to do next. I led the UX design for the Business Performance and Product Performance experiences, simplifying complex metrics into clear, actionable insights grounded in seller research and behavioral data.
By reducing cognitive load, personalizing defaults, and designing within tight technical constraints, the experience launched globally to 100% of sellers. The redesign drove +0.81% engagement, +17.4% increase in action clicks, and $66M in incremental business impact.
