As inbound volume surged, sellers and Amazon teams lacked clear visibility into fulfillment center capacity—leading to delayed appointments, congestion, and unpredictable arrivals. I led the UX design for Arrival Controller, a system that brings transparency, predictability, and guidance into shipment creation, helping sellers make better routing and timing decisions upfront.

Through rapid workshops, high-fidelity prototyping, and close collaboration with product, engineering, and transportation teams, the experience launched globally and scaled to automation. The solution enabled over 20% of sellers to shift away from congested regions when given visibility early, and reduced seller delay contacts by 5%.
